BARKER SPECIALISED ENGINEERING

Barker Specialised Engineering provides a complete reverse engineering service from analysing original components to the manufacture of fully finished parts and assemblies, or the supply of any of the services along the way.

Components are scanned, measured, analysed and 3D CAD models are created, in conjunction with the latest reverse engineering software, in the powerful PTC Creo modelling software resulting in very accurate CAD models and the accompanying detailed engineering drawings.

Exact copies can be manufactured or designs improved, enhanced or modified. Requirements for one offs or hundreds can be accommodated. Using our extensive supplier base we can supply castings, machined parts including engine and gearbox internals, fabrications, carbon and GRP composites, injection mouldings and 3D printed parts. Assemblies are built up in our build shop, supplying fully finished assemblies where needed.
